WVU back Travis Bell Arrested on DUI ChargesWest Virginia University redshirt junior quarterback Travis Bell has been arrested on DUI charges, his second criminal charge in less than a year.The incident occurred on Sunday night, December 1st, around 3 AM. After an argument with his girlfriend outside a parked vehicle, the 22 year old was stopped by police officers and failed all field sobriety tests.
