Bishop Arrested for DUI in Rhode Island, Pleads Not Guilty to Charges On Saturday night, May 4th, Roman Catholic Bishop Robert McManus, of the Diocese of Worcester, was arrested for suspicion of DUI after leaving the scene of an accident.
