Richland County Officer Arrested for DUI Richland County police have arrested an officer on DUI charges. On Sunday morning, November 3rd, around 3:45 AM, a deputy noticed Steven Joshua White, 30, apparently driving erratically along Pulaski, Blossom, and Huger streets in Columbia. Man from Delaware County, PA Arrested for 11th DUI Two Days After Release from Jail A man from Upper Darby, Pennsylvania has, according to police, landed back in jail on his 11th DUI arrest. James John Duggan, 54 years old, posted $1,000 bail on July 9th, and left Delaware County prison, where he had been incarcerated on DUI charges since March. South Carolina DUI Lawyer A New York woman is behind bars charged with driving under the influence after plowing through a house. Sophia Anderson, 21, from Brooklyn allegedly drank approximately 15 drinks before getting behind the wheel of a Mercedes and crashing it into, 96 year old, Helen Indiere’s kitchen. The Mercedes belonged to the family of Anderson’s boyfriend, Dan Sajewski. Sajewski took the car without the knowledge of his family members while they vacationed for Memorial Day.
