In a strange chain of events, a man is left under arrest charged with DUI after crashing into a police officer wearing nothing but his underwear. It happened this past weekend in Chicago. Police were alerted to a man possibly driving drunk in an alley in the city’s Northwest Side, according Chicago Tribune on Sunday. Police believe the man thought the alley was a through street.
