Braylon Edwards Will Not be Suspended for DUI

California – The NFL informed the San Francisco 49ers yesterday that wide receiver Braylon Edwards will not be suspended for a DUI arrest that occurred a year ago when he was a member of the New York Jets. Edwards, who pleaded guilty to the charges in July. He was also fined $50,000 for violating the league's substance abuse policy. (Decorah, Iowa) - Local authorities say they arrested a Secret Service agent on assignment in Iowa to help with presidential security for driving under the influence.
