According to records from the Miami-Dade County Jail, the 19-year-old rising football star was arrested on DUI charges just after 4 AM on Monday. He was held on $6,000 bail. Earlier this year, Kattan crashed into the back of a California State Department of Transportation vehicle in the Encino area, while under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
