WVU Quarterback Charged with DUI

WVU back Travis Bell Arrested on DUI Charges West Virginia University redshirt junior quarterback Travis Bell has been arrested on DUI charges, his second criminal charge in less than a year. The incident occurred on Sunday night, December 1st, around 3 AM. After an argument with his girlfriend outside a parked vehicle, the 22 year old was stopped by police officers and failed all field sobriety tests.
