WVU back Travis Bell Arrested on DUI Charges West Virginia University redshirt junior quarterback Travis Bell has been arrested on DUI charges, his second criminal charge in less than a year. The incident occurred on Sunday night, December 1st, around 3 AM. After an argument with his girlfriend outside a parked vehicle, the 22 year old was stopped by police officers and failed all field sobriety tests. Detention Center Officer in Charleston, SC Arrested on DUI Charges A 51-year-old Charleston detention center officer was arrested and charged with DUI on Sunday, October 27th. Anthony E. Middleton, who is employed at the Al Cannon Detention Center, was arrested on Sunday around 3 AM. Deputies say that the man was spotted on I-26 when he failed to keep his vehicle in the correct lane. President Obama’s Uncle Cited for DUI

President Barack Obama's 69-year-old Kenyan half-uncle, Onyango Obama, has worked at Conti Liquors in Massachusetts for the past five years. On Aug. 24, he was pulled over for a traffic stop and subsequently arrested for DUI.  Onyango is currently being detained by Immigration and Customs. According to Fox News, United States Senators Chuck Schumer, Frank Lautenberg, Tom Udwall and Senate Majority Leader Harry Read are urging Apple's senior vice president of iPhone software, Scott Forstall, to examine the potential danger off an app that can potentially help motorists identify and avoid drunk driving checkpoints.
